Our guarantee

We offer a 14 day exchange policy to our customer if they are unsatisfied with their products, but most product manufacturers will offer a standard guarantee period; please ask in store for further details as each product differs.

During the guarantee period, certain manufacturers will replace or repair your items (charge may apply) if there is any defect due to faulty material or workmanship, provided you have followed the care instructions and the product has not been misused. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by deterioration due to dishwasher use, accidents, misuse or commercial use. Scratches, stains or discolouration are also not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights. Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer a fixed term guarantee on dinnerware.

14 day exchange:

If within 14 days of purchasing your item you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange the item, where permitted.

The original item must be returned in "as sold" condition, the original packaging and receipt or other proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving it and in any case within 7 days of notifying us of your wish to exchange it. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the price of the exchange is more than the original product, you will be asked to pay the difference or, where it is less, we will refund the difference in accordance with our refund policy.
